Ziyaretçilerle alışveriş merkezi arasında ilginç bir duygusal bağ kurmayı amaçlayan etkinlikte 1000’e yakın müşterinin kayıt olduğu belirtildi. Aktiviteyi yürüten Vodera’nın Proje Yöneticisi Elbruz Erdoğan, “Yılbaşı etkinliğinde çok değerli bir müşteri datası oluşturduk ve aynı zamanda da alışveriş merkezi ziyaretçilerinin cep telefonlarına Metroport logosuyla girdik ve ziyaretçilerle Metroport arasında kuvvetli bir bağ oluşmasına yönelik adımlar attık. Since the debate has raged on for a long time over what is right and wrong when it comes to Bluetooth marketing as well as proximity marketing as a whole, the MMA introduced the new set of rules aimed to “reference framework for any company using Bluetooth marketing, and are the result of discussions between operators, content providers, advertising agencies, brands and technology firms.”
The guidelines cover almost every aspect of Bluetooth marketing, including the delivery, types of content, permission-based attributed, as well as proposed legislation. It’s all aimed solely at the European market, for now, but ultimately as other parts of the world realize the benefits of the Bluetooth marketing, the guidelines will already be in place to regulate any future offerings.
While the MMA is focusing on Bluetooth at the moment, they’ve already stated that it will expand to wi-fi, Near-Field Communications (NFC) and location-based services as well.
“Bluetooth has several clear advantages that make it an attractive way to distribute content but must have consistent deployments,” says Laura Marriott, MMA President. “As with other forms of mobile marketing communication, it is important to provide guidelines that ensure a positive user experience.”
The MMA is holding public consultation until September 26th to get any feedback related to the proposed guidelines, and will release a finalized version for late October. I would venture to guess the new guidelines won’t change many aspects of those who are using Bluetooth marketing in the right way, meaning proper permission and opt-in processes, and will instead move the industry in the right direction and keep any future offerings in line with other mobile marketing channels such as SMS.

Mobilite bir devrimdir - bu devrim tüm iletişim kanallarının ve geleneksel pazarlama yöntemlerinin değişimine sebep olmuştur ve olacaktır. Nitekim iletişim’in ucu bucağı yok. Ve hayatta yaşadığımız her duygu’da vardır iletişim.

WAP: Kablosuz internet’in yerini tutan ve mobil telefonlara internet’in ulaşmasını sağlayan teknolojilerdir. Artık müşterileriniz size her yerden ulaşabilir. Kullanıcılar Wap üzerinden alış veriş yapabilir, bilgi alabilir, servislere abone olabilirler ve interneti gezer gibi mobil telefonu araç olarak kullanabilirler.
Mobil logo, melodi ve video: Kullanıcıya bedava logo ve melodi verilir. Mobil dünyada logo-melodi çok değerlidir hem markanın reklamını yapar hem de müşteri memnuniyeti yaratır.
Mobil oyunlar: Mobil oyunlar hediye verilebilir, oyunların içerisinde reklam yapılabilir, Örneğin bir araba yarışı oyununda sanal tabelalarda oto markaları ve içecek reklamları kullanılabilir.
CRM-Müşterinin ilişkileri yönetimi: Mobil pazarlamada çok lazımdır ve mobil kanalda, izin alınmadan yapılan anında müşteri memnuniyetsizliği yaratabilir.
MMS: MMS reklam dünyasında kuvvetli bir yöntemdir. Kullanıcıya MMS ile doğrudan renkli görseller ve hareketli resimler gönderilebilir.
Mobil reklam: Internet veya Televizyon üzerinde yer alabilen reklamların aynı şekilde marka ve harekete destek verecek şekilde kullanılmasıdır.
SMS/MMS içinde Barkod: Cep telefonlarına gelen barkod mesajları bilet ve kupon gibi uygulamaların yerine kullanabilir ve standart barkod okuyucular tarafından rahatlıkla okunabilir veya kullanıcılar barkodları kameralar ile telefonlarına aktarıp, bu barkodları MMS ile sisteme yollarlar ve sistem ilgili sonucu müşteriye yolluyor. Böylece bir takım üyelikler, indirim kuponları ya da biletler mobil medya üzerinden müşteriye ulaştırmak mümkün olur.
Lokasyon bazlı servisler (LBS): Örneğin; stadyumda ev sahibi ekip kazanmış ise kaybedene değil ama kazanan takımın veritabanında yer alan taraftarına “bugünkü galibiyetin anısına, istek listenize kaydettiğiniz yünlü kaşkol ve çubuklu formayı stadta bulunan mağazamızdan bu mesaj ile P indirimli alabilirsiniz ” gibi bir mesaj (izin tabanlı olarak) gönderilebilir. Belirli bir zaman içinde yapılan bu kampanya; hem kişisel, hem lokasyon bazlı, hem anlık, hem de çizgi altı bir yapıya sahip. Bu mobil mecrada sadece mobil olanaklar ile kurgulanmış bütünleşik bir pazarlama kampanyasına küçük bir örnek.
Ne Nerede: Wap ile ya da SMS ile yapılan mobil aramaların sonuçları satışa ya da bilgiye daha çabuk ulaştırıyor. Örneğin kullanıcının Wap’taki arama motoruna, “benzin” yazmasının ana sebebinin bir pizza siparişi vereceği olduğu düşünülüyor ve ekrana en yakındaki benzin servisinin bilgileri geliyor.
Özet:
Mobil kampanya uygulamaları bu kadar değil, ancak genelde mail kampanyalarında geri dönüşüm oranını %2, SMS kampanyalarında genel olarak ile arasında olduğunu söyleniyor. Bazı araştırmalarda, hedef kitlesi iyi tespit edilmiş olan kampanyalarda bazen P üzeri geri dönüşüm sağladığını ortaya konuyor.
Günümüzün yeni trendi mobil pazarlamadır ve gelecek yıllarda mobil cihazların gelişimiyle daha da yaygınlaşacaktır. Mobil pazarlama güncel olacak ve sürekli yenilecenektir.
Markalar artık geleneksel markalarının yanı sıra müşteri ile direkt irtibat kurabilecekleri bir kanala sahip oldular. Dönüşen ve bu bilgileri kullanabilen işletmeler yarışı önde bitirecektir.

Vodera,25-28 Eylül tarihleri arası İstanbul Tüyap Beylikdüzü Fuar ve Kongre Merkezi’nde gerçekleşecek olan Marketingist fuarında 2. Kez Mobil Pazarlama ve Bluetooth sponsorluğunu üstlendi.
Geçtiğimiz yıl da fuara gelen tüm ziyaretçilerin fuar girişinde aldığı fuar kitapçığında “Marketingist’i gezerken cep telefonlarınızın Bluetooth özelliğini açık tutunuz, Vodera’dan Bluetooth ile sürpriz içerikler gönderilecektir” şeklinde bilgilendirme yapılarak Marketingist’in konseptine belki de en uygun aktivitelerden biri gerçekleştirilmişti.

2010 Avrupa Kültür Başkenti olan İstanbul’a yakışır bir eğlence merkezi olma misyonuyla İstanbul Arena, 1 Haziran 2007’den beri Maslak’ta kapılarını eğlence ve müzikseverlere açtı.
Birçok eğlence merkezinden farklı özellikleriyle dikkati çeken İstanbul Arena’nın bir özelliği daha var ki bu özelliğiyle İstanbul Arena’yı sadece Türkiye’deki değil Dünyadaki birçok mekandan ayrıştırıyor.konserin bekleme anlarında, başlamaya yakın, bitimden sonra ve şarkı aralarında İstanbul Arena’nın tamamına kurulan Bluetooth Server’larla oluşturulan bir Bluetooth ağı ile müzikseverlerle farklı ve yenilikçi bir iletişim kuruluyor.
Bluetooth sisteminin Türkiye’deki ilk uygulamalarından biri olan İstanbul Arena’ya, tüm alanı kuşatacak şekilde kurulan Bluetooth Server cihazları ve bu cihazların tümünü merkezden yöneten bir yazılımla, tüm misafirlere anlık gönderimler, sahne alan sanatçıların anlık gönderimleri, şarkıları, video klipleri ve sponsorlardan hediyeler cep telefonlarına yapıldı.Bluetooth ile reklam ve bluetooth’la pazarlama konusundaki önemli projelerden biri haline gelen İstanbul Arena, eğlence sektöründe çıtayı yükseltti.
Gerçekleştirilecek konser, show ve müzikallerle hem Türkiye’de hem de yurtdışında sözü edilen bir eğlence merkezi olmayı hedefleyen İstanbul Arena, İstanbul’un önümüzdeki yıllar içinde tüm dünyada zihinlerde bir turizm markası olarak yer bulmasını sağlamayı da amaçlıyor.
İstanbul’un zengin, genç ve dinamik ritmini sahnesinden tüm dünyaya yansıtacak olan İstanbul Arena, şehrin adının kültür, canlılık, coşku, modernizm ve eğlenceyle birlikte anılmasını sağlayacak bir tanıtım projesi olma özelliğini de taşıyor.
Yerleşim
İstanbul Arena, çok amaçlı kapalı alanları, açıkhava konser mekanı, kaliteli yeme içme alanları, konserlerden sonra parti alanı ve açıkhava bekleme alanlarından oluşan çok amaçlı bir eğlence kompleksi olma özelliğini taşıyor. Aynı zamanda Bluetooth ile kurulmuş network ile tüm alan bir Bluetooth ağı ile donatılmış durumda.
Konser Alanı
Uluslar arası standartlardaki sahnesiyle tüm İstanbul’un gözde konser merkezi olmaya aday açıkhava amfi tiyatro, oturma düzeninde 3850 kişi kapasiteli.
Yeni yıla günler kala Metroport Alışveriş Merkezi, alışveriş merkezleri aktivitelerine bir yenisi daha ekledi. Bluetooth noktalarından “I love Metroport” logolu içerikleri indiren ziyaretçiler, bu logoyla kayıt masasına başvurarak hediyeler kazandı.
Türkiye’de teknoloji mağazacılığını başlatan ilk şirket olan Bimeks,
İstanbul üzerinde 7850 metrakarelik alanda 14 mağazası ve 219 çalışanı ile tüketiciye ulaşan GOP Marketleri’nde Bluetooth projesi start aldı.
Teknoloji çok açık ve net! Bir billboard’un, kiosk’un, afişin veya mağaza vitrininin yakınında kullanıcı Bluetooth’unu açıyor. Cep telefonuna onay geliyor. “…. markasından size bir içerik gönderiliyor. Kabul ediyor musunuz?”. Kullanıcı onaylıyor ve Bluetooth Marketing kampanyanız direkt olarak cep telefonuna yükleniyor. Bluetooth, bedava bir veri aktarım yolu olduğu için maliyet yok.
Mobilite bir devrimdir - bu devrim tüm iletişim kanallarının ve geleneksel pazarlama yöntemlerinin değişimine sebep olmuştur ve olacaktır. Nitekim iletişim’in ucu bucağı yok. Ve hayatta yaşadığımız her duygu’da vardır iletişim.
